My name is Karl Puckeridge. With more than 10 years’ experience in the IT industry, I can provide to you with a number of services which will enable you to make better use of the technology you already have, including maintenance, repairs and upgrades for your IT equipment and advice on current technology and trends.

I started my IT career in the ‘Gong, by completing a bachelor’s degree in Information Communication Technology from the University of Wollongong then entering the workforce as a Helpdesk Analyst. Now, I work in the specialised area of Document Management Systems as a Technical Lead for one of the largest general insurance companies in Australia and New Zealand.
